Here I explore how firms can better support neurodivergent applicants and employees at the different stages of recruitment and employment.
Obviously this is not a one size fits all for every neurodivergent applicant and employee. In every instance, the support will need to be tailored to the individual and the employer will need to engage the individual at the earliest possible point to put measures in place to allow the individual to show their best self in applications and day to day.
But the upsides are plentiful, as you'll see after reading the article.
